1. Services Provided
JET provides exterior cleaning and sanitization services as described in your specific service agreement or bid. We reserve the right to refuse service for any property that poses an immediate safety risk to our team or equipment.
2. Access and Preparation
The client is responsible for ensuring clear access to all dumpsters and enclosures or surfaces scheduled for cleaning. If our team is unable to access the service area due to locked gates or parked vehicles along with other obstructions, a trip fee may be applied to the account.
3. Water Usage
Unless otherwise specified in writing, the client agrees to provide a functioning water source for all pressure washing and sanitization services.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt or according to the specific net terms outlined in your commercial contract. Late payments may be subject to a monthly finance charge. We reserve the right to pause recurring services for accounts with an overdue balance.
5. Liability and Damages
JET is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions including loose mortar and failing stucco or improperly sealed windows and aged roofing materials. We are not liable for incidental damage to landscaping or runoff into drainage systems that are not compliant with local regulations.
6. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours of notice for any service cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of notice may result in a service fee.
